Tren dels Llacs
1. Where is the Tren dels Llacs located and how do I get there?
The Tren dels Llacs departs from Lleida and passes through Balaguer before terminating at La Pobla de Segur. The best way to get there by private vehicle is to take the N-240, AP-2 and A-2 roads to Lleida-Pirineus station.

3. Where can I buy tickets for the Tren dels Llacs?
Exclusive sale in the Tren dels Llacs online store. For groups of more than 20 people contact us to manage a reservation with a special rate for groups, by phone at +34 93 366 30 06 from Monday to Friday from 8.30 am to 2.00 pm or by e-mail at trendelsllacs@fgc.cat
4. Does the departure station for the Tren dels Llacs have a car park for passengers?
The Tren dels Llacs departs from Lleida-Pirineus station, where parking is available for passengers.
5. Are dogs allowed to travel on the Tren dels Llacs?
Pets can travel for free. However, in order to access FGC trains, stations and other premises, dogs must be muzzled and kept on a lead.
Smaller animals must travel in a basket or cage. Under no circumstances may they occupy a seat.
Minors under the age of 16 cannot bring dogs that are classified by law as potentially dangerous.
6. Can I bring a bicycle on board the train?
You can bring bicycles on board the Historic Train. However, you will need to notify us in advance by sending an email to trendelsllacs@fgc.cat.

8. Is the Tren dels Llacs adapted for people with reduced mobility?
The Historic Train is not adapted for people with reduced mobility and/or who use a wheelchair. However, the Panoramic Train does offer adapted access, for both the train and the toilet facilities.
9. Is it possible to make group bookings?
There are special fares for groups of more than 20 people. To make a group booking, call us on 93 366 30 06 (office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.) or send an email to trendelsllacs@fgc.cat
10. Is the use of a mask in the Tren dels Llacs mandatory?
Yes. The use of a mask is mandatory on board the Tren dels Llacs. It will not be necessary to take it to the platforms or to the common areas. More information here.
